BADM (BS) Human Resources


The mission of the Human Resources concentration is to prepare students for careers in human resources. The program of study is planned to enable the student to act in the capacity as a decision maker in an organization associated with the human resources function in organizational settings. Because this program falls under the scope of AACSB International accreditation, the students are also assessed as a part of the Bryan School Undergraduate Program (AACSB International accredited programs) which includes five student learning outcomes.

Learning Outcomes

Behavioral and Social Science Theory Application
The student will be able to demonstrate how behavioral or social science theories are applied in the practice of human resource management.

Analyzing Metrics
The student will be able to analyze a set of metrics used to assess human resources in organizations.

Integrate Functional Areas of Human Resource Management
The student will be able to integrate the functional areas of human resources and explain how they can work together to implement strategy.
