On January 30, 2003 the Dean's Council accepted a new procedure linking a review of departmental assessment plans to department's fifth-year reviews. This set of pages provides a layout and guidelines that departments can use to efficiently report their departmental assessment activities.

By using this format, departments can help ensure that all information needed for the review of their assessment plans is included in their fifth-year reports. The format presented in these pages was designed to complement the structure under which departmental assessment plans will be reviewed.
