UNCG 2013 Compliance Certification Report
On September 3, 2013, the University of North Carolina at Greensboro submitted its Compliance Certification to the Offsite Reaffirmation Committee appointed by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). The Compliance Certification represents the efforts of more than 100 faculty, staff and administrators to describe and support the university’s compliance with all of SACSCOC’s Principles of Accreditation. The report is provided here to the UNCG community for your information.

Following the Offsite Reaffirmation Committee’s review, UNCG will respond to the issues identified with a Focused Report that is due on February 5, 2014, along with the university’s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP). Those responses will be the basis of the evaluation by the On-site Reaffirmation Committee members, who will visit UNCG from March 18-21, 2014.
UNCG’s Response to the Visiting Committee’s Report, which provides responses to the “Recommendations” of the On-site Reaffirmation Committee, will be submitted by August 21, 2014.
The decision from the SACSCOC Board of Trustees about the University’s reaffirmation status will be announced at the SACSCOC Annual Meeting on December 9, 2014.
