Schedule

The schedule for each program to conduct APR is listed in the spreadsheet.  There are tabs to look at reviews at the department level, as well as at the program level. The spreadsheets are sorted by Unit (college or school) and then by department or program.  There are separate tabs for each unit as well. 

Schedule cycles are listed as 2 years, e.g. 2025-2027. This aligns with the timeline to complete the review, which spans 2 years. In this case, a program would start in fall 2025 to prepare the self-study, and all steps of the review are followed over 2 years until the action plan is developed in spring of 2027. 

For accredited programs, the abbreviation of the program’s accrediting body is listed under the cycle. For these programs, the first year would indicate when the accreditation self-study is due (e.g. 2025-2026), and the second year would indicate when the Self-Study for Externally Accredited Programs and the Action Plan are due (2026-2027). 

As noted in the Procedures document, changes to the schedule must be approved by the dean and the Provost or Provost’s designee.
